HOW DO I CARE FOR JEWELRY ITEMS?
Jewelry can be buffed with a soft cloth. If the jewelry is silver, feel free to use a silver polish on the metal. Do not use chemical cleaners as they can discolor the crystals or affect the patina. Do not submerge in water (especially selenite!) and keep out of extreme cold and extreme heat. Treat jewelry items with care. Different crystals have different sensitivities to light/moisture/heat.
HOW DO I CARE FOR STAINED GLASS?
Solder can be buffed with a terry cloth and carnauba wax to restore shine and slow oxidation. The patina will naturally oxidize over time and that process is part of what makes stained glass so unique! The glass can be cleaned with an ammonia-free cleaner and buffed with a soft cloth.
DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE LEAD IN SOLDER?
Stained glass is safe to handle as lead can only enter the body through inhalation or ingestion. As a precaution, I would recommend washing hands after handling and keeping out of reach of children and pets. Jewelry items will always be lead-free!

All items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS with tracking. Carriers will vary for international shipping. Tracking info will be sent to the email you entered when the order was placed ♥︎ Preorder items will have the processing time in the product description as they are made to order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since almost all of the items in my shop are made to order, I will only accept returns if the item has arrived damaged due to shipping or if you received the wrong item. If your item has arrived damaged or is incorrect (not what you ordered) please contact me here and we'll figure it out together! No returns/exchanges/refunds on digital products.

A gentle reminder that every item in this shop is handmade by me, Annemarie. Because of this, no two items will be exactly alike and every piece is unique. While I do my best to photograph accurately and under multiple lighting conditions, glass and crystals can vary a lot in color/texture. If you have any questions about a specific item please feel free to contact me! It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully review photos and item descriptions.
